Carlina Nabatoff - Property Manager | REALTOR | Owner

Carlina has more than 14 years of experience in real estate sales and rentals, assisting clients not only with buying, selling, and leasing, but also with the many aspects of maintaining and improving their properties.

With a background in bookkeeping, banking, and real estate, along with hands-on experience coordinating repairs and renovations, Carlina brings a well-rounded perspective to property management. Over the years, she has also developed an extensive network of trusted contractors, attorneys, and other industry professionals. Her experience serving as both a Trustee and Treasurer of her own HOA has given her additional insight into property operations, budgeting, maintenance, and owner concerns.

Carlina has successfully run her real estate team for more than 11 years. During that time, many of her clients have asked her to manage their properties as well. Expanding into property management was a natural next step, allowing her to provide a more comprehensive level of service and help property owners protect their investments, maintain their properties, and achieve the best possible use and value from their real estate.
